supplies here 
1. Open a New Canvas ~ 600 X 400 *we'll resize later
- Flood Fill with color = #E7E5E5
-
- Add a New Raster > Flood Fill with Pattern :
-
- Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize :
-
- Effects > Texture Effects > Texture :
-
- Change the Blend Mode to = 'Burn' .. **don't skip this step
2. We'll add Cracks ~ **try to leave some open space on the wall
Open your Paintbrush Tool ~
- Foreground Color = #7E756C
- Locate Brush tip = 'DeepCrack'
- Click to place Once at your canvas

- Locate Brush tip = 'FineCrack'
- Click a few times ~ Varying the Rotation for each click
Here's mine *resized
3. We'll add a decorative edge ~
Open your Magic Wand :
- Click into the Border
- Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout :
- Keep selected
- Drop Shadow ~ settings as they are from previous application

- Select None
- Add another Border = change the numbers to 2 = pick a light color from your wall
4. Copy 'raeBaroqueFr' and Paste to your wall = as a New layer
- move it to an approximate position for your tag

Select the 'Background' layer ~
- Add a New Raster named 'Text'
- Open your Text Tool :
- Foreground/background = choose Black for Both **we'll be changing it - but to a pattern that will be difficult to see against your wall. Use Black now - to see what you're typing

- *Before applying my text = I highlighted the word 'AGAIN' and popped the text size to 30
- Apply text ~ Select None
-
- *If you like = Use the Selection Tool and surround portions of the text and reposition so that your text is better balanced against the background
- **as well = move the hanging frame, as necessary
-
At the same Text layer ~
- Text again = I used another font :
*You'll have to adjust the text sizes = according to how much text you enter.. and how long your name is, etc.
5. Text Layer ~
- Open Your Color Replacer Tool
-
- Material Palette :
- Tool Settings *size doesn't matter ..
:
- *Click 'Replace all Pixels' button
-
- Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize = same settings as previous hue change
-
- Add a New Raster layer named 'shadow' = above 'Text' layer
-
- Highlight 'Text' layer > Select All/Float
- While floating = Highlight 'Shadow' layer
-
- Effects > 3D Effect > Cutout :
-
- Still floating = 'Shadow' layer :
- Drop Shadow = same settings as previously applied
-
- Turn OFF the 'raeBaroqueFr' layer
- Merge Visible
- Turn the frame layer back ON
6. Copy one of the 'raeDeadOrAlive' images ~
- Highlight the background/wall layer = Paste as a New layer **don't Move the image after pasting
- Copy the 2nd image = paste as a New layer **don't move this image either
At your Layer Palette ~
- On both 'dead or alive' layers = Left Click Once at the Link Toggle - both layers with #1
Now, using the Mover Tool = both layers will move in tandem and stay perfectly aligned over each other
Move the two images and center under the frame
**if you resized the frame = remember to resize the 'dead or alive' images
7. Preparing copies for merging ~
- Background/Wall layer = Duplicate
- Turn 'Copy of' OFF

- 'raeBaroqueFr' layer = Duplicate
- Turn 'Copy of' OFF
-
- Turn OFF 'Dead' layer
- Merge Visible
- Turn OFF Merged layer
-
- Turn ON remaining layers ( 'Copy of' layers and 'Dead' layer )
- Merge Visible
- Turn other 'Merged' layer back ON

- Save As a PaintShopPro Image
8. Animation Shop ~
- Browse to Open your PSP image
- Select Frame #1 > Animation > Insert Image Transition = Fade :

- Select Frame #12
-
- Hold Shift = Select Frame #2 *highlights that series of frames

- Right click > Copy
-
- Select Frame #1
-
- Right click > Paste Before Current Frame
-
- Animation > Reverse Frames
-
- Select Frame # 12
- Right click > Frame Properties > Display Time = 180
-
- Select Frame # 12
- Right click > Frame Properties > Display Time = 180
I resized mine ~ 80% Bicubic
