*~ Supplies are Here ~* .. the fonts I used are ZiptyDo and Nipandtuck - I threw them into the supply folder
**no outside filters needed, just your imagination *Ü*
First I'll explain the method - 'Drag n Drop' - that we'll be taking often.
Open a New Canvas - Transparent. The size should be at least the Height and Width of your image. *check the size of your image by going to :
Position the new canvas at the side of your workspace..out of the way. You won't need to 'see' the entire canvas.
When I have you merge layers, as we build your animation - I'll have you 'drag' that layer over to the new canvas :
1.
At PSP - open the 'Got Milk' .psp image .. Shift D to duplicate.. close the original.
Go to Image > Canvas Size > Increase your canvas size .. 500X500 should give you plenty of room
2.
Make a background for your tag..I'm leaving this all up to you to be creative.
*On my tag example - I airbrushed in a soft background with Hardness at a very soft range.. say about 40 and over a White back. As well, I used a Preset Shape called a 'callout' ..
You may move your cow and calf, barn etc, wherever you like.. but First! .. notice I have Linked Layers (inside the circled area - the 'blue locks') for the cow/calf/2mouths :
..what this means is that you can move both the cow and the calf around the canvas with your Mover tool.. and their mouths will move with them.
Once you have positioned your bovines where you absolutely want them, you have to unlink the layers - so that you can animate/move only their mouths. Just Right Click on each linked layer till it says 'None'. (*if you need to link again to reposition - Left Click to 1 for both the mouth and body of the same animal..to 2 for the other mouth and body) ~Or~ skip unlinking layers and see the red text below
3.
Now you should have your background made and your animals positioned, your name added, etc. *If you have a lot of layers and want a neater Layer Palette to work with - you can turn OFF the two Mouth layers and Merge Visible. Then pull your Merged layer to the bottom of your Layer Palette and turn ON the two mouths.
If you haven't already done so - make your new transparent canvas to the side for your drag n drop layers.
Here we go .. this will look like a long list of instruction.. just stay with me, it won't take too long :) I'll color each step so you won't easily lose your place.

You should now have Raster 1 thru 14 at your drag n drop canvas. Delete Raster 1, it's empty.
Save As a PSP (.psp) file.
Optimize (Optimized Octree / Error Diffusion) and save. I'd love to see how you've made it yours alone!
..and see? told you this one would be easy .. *Ü* ~rae
